Why cold plunge
cold plunge are not only an effective form of physical therapy, but also a daily test of willpower. Through extreme physical stimulation, they force the body out of its comfort zone, resulting in significant improvements in both physical and mental well-being.
Muscle Recovery
Extreme cold accelerating blood circulation. It efficiently flushes out metabolic waste products—such as lactic acid—that accumulate in muscles after exercise, blocking inflammatory pathways and significantly alleviating delayed-onset muscle soreness.
Mental Clarity
Cold water stimulates the nervous system, causing a sustained surge in dopamine levels that can reach up to 2.5 times the baseline. For several hours after icebath, this results in heightened alertness, focus, and a natural sense of well-being.
Boost Immunity
Cold water stimulate the body’s natural defense mechanisms through brief, beneficial exposure to cold, increasing white blood cell counts and accelerating lymphatic circulation, thereby effectively boosting overall immunity.
Improved Circulation
To maintain core body temperature in cold water, the body is forced to activate “brown fat” to efficiently burn calories and generate heat, thereby increasing the basal metabolic rate.

No need For Ice Again
Engineered for peak performance, this pro chiller effortlessly brings water temperatures down to a crisp 3°C. Combined with an advanced integrated filtration system and ozone disinfection, it ensures your water remains crystal clear and hygienic, allowing you to focus entirely on a refreshing, worry-free cold plunge routine.

Simplified Design
Effortless recovery with a system designed for simplicity. Using the mobile app, you can connect and calibrate your chiller in seconds from anywhere. It’s a true 'set and forget' experience—leaving you free to focus entirely on your cold plunge ritual.

Reinforced Construction
Built with high-density PVC drop-stitch construction, this tub features a reinforced structure that ensures exceptional rigidity and stability. This material typically reserved for high-performance inflatable gear, provides a superior strength-to-weight ratio for long-lasting durability, optimized to withstand the demands of frequent and consistent use.

Effortless Setup
This tub is designed for simplicity and is ready to use right out of the box. It can be set up in just 5 minutes, allowing you to enjoy a full-body cold plunge. You can either fill the tub with water and add ice, or use it with a chiller to achieve automatic water circulation and temperature control.

FAQs
Please read our FAQs page to find out more.
How long should I stay in ice bath?
For most people looking to gain the physiological benefits of cold exposure, the sweet spot is generally between 2 to 5 minutes.
A widely cited study suggests a cumulative total of 11 minutes per week, spread across 2–4 sessions, is the threshold for significant metabolic benefits and increased "brown fat" activation. You don't need to do it all at once; consistency over the week matters more than a single long session.
Is it necessary to keep my chiller running all the time?
It is generally better to keep the chiller running. Maintaining a set temperature requires less energy than cooling a large volume of water down from ambient temperature every single day.
The filtration and disinfection only work while the chiller is on. They will keep your water crystal-clear and flow.
For your safety, always switch off your chiller while doing a cold plunge.
Can I use my chiller outside?
Yes, you can use your chiller outside, but there are several technical and environmental considerations to ensure the machine lasts and performs efficiently.
If the chiller is kept in a hot garage or outdoors in the sun, it will take longer to cool the water. All our chillers IPX4 waterproof rated, it means the unit is protected from splashing water from any direction and light rain.
However, for your safety and the safety of others, make sure the chiller is plugged into an AC socket that is appropriate for outdoor use, properly grounded, has a built-in surge protector, and ideally is IP65 rated.
How should I maintain my chiller?
Regardless of the filtration, you should completely drain the tub and refill it with fresh water every 3–4 weeks for high-usage scenarios.
Remember to clean or replace the filter if the dirt clearly buildup on the filter.
If the chiller has a fault, how should I contact you?
Reach out through our official professional channels to get support.
Send a detailed description of the fault to our support team. Including your Order ID or Batch Number will help us pull your specific unit's technical specs immediately.
Our products have a 1 year warranty that covers any manufacturing issues.
What should I keep in mind before taking an ice bath?
Do not enter an ice bath without consulting a physician if you have:
- Cardiovascular Issues: Cold shock causes an immediate spike in heart rate and blood pressure, which can be dangerous for those with underlying heart conditions or hypertension.
- Raynaud’s Disease: This can cause severe primary circulatory issues in the extremities when exposed to extreme cold.
- Pregnancy: The extreme stress of cold immersion is generally not recommended during pregnancy.
- Nerve Damage: If you have peripheral neuropathy, you may not be able to accurately feel the "burn" of the cold, leading to potential tissue damage.
Warm up for a few minutes before taking an ice bath
If you cannot regain control of your breathing within the first 60 seconds (i.e., you are still gasping or hyperventilating), exit the water.
