The Garvnive Limited Product Warranty (‘Limited Warranty’) is offered to customers who purchase Garvnive products directly from website.
This warranty is applicable to the specific Garvnive products listed below and ensures that they are free of defects in both materials and workmanship, granted they are used in accordance with the published guidelines during the specified warranty periods.
For any warranty issues, please reach out to us by phone or chat anytime. All Limited Warranty services must be authorised and performed by Garvnive or a service provider authorised by Garvnive.
Warranty Period
The Warranty Period will commence from the date of delivery. We recommend you open and check this product immediately on receipt for any faults or defects, and report any issues before your 30-day return period expires.
Any local consumer law rights for non-conforming products remain unaffected.
Please note that by using a Garvnive product, each purchaser agrees to be bound by the Warranty as set here.
What a limited warranty does not cover
- Normal wear and tear.
- Overinflation, underinflation or improper storage.
- Degradation from sunlight/UV exposure or weather conditions.
- Punctures or tears due to misuse or accidents (e.g. placing your ice bath on, or next to a sharp object).
- Commercial use, if it's a consumer product.
- Any product modifications (altering or repairing the product in any way).
In all instances, a fair usage and wear-and-tear policy applies.
